How quickly can you send a caregiver?
In most cases we can arrange a caregiver within 24 hours of confirming your booking. For urgent requirements, call or WhatsApp us and we will do our best to arrange someone the same day.
Are your caregivers verified?
Yes. Every nurse, aya and attendant goes through ID and address verification, a background check and an interview before being placed with a family.
What is the difference between a nurse and an aya?
A nurse (GNM / ANM) is medically qualified and handles clinical tasks such as injections, IV, dressing and monitoring. An aya or attendant helps with personal care — bathing, feeding, mobility and companionship.
Can I choose a 12-hour or 24-hour service?
Yes. You can choose a day shift (12 hours), a night shift (12 hours), a 24-hour live-in caregiver, or single visits for procedures and physiotherapy.
What if I am not happy with the caregiver?
Let us know and we will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible. Your feedback helps us match the right caregiver to your family.
